The legendary Dai Vernon affectionately known as “The Professor” captured the imaginations of magicians around the world with his incomparable skill and his three legendary hand engraved silver cups. Dai Vernon almost singlehandedly revived, and is predominantly responsible for, the present day trend with the cups and balls as a fashionable and practical classic for future generations to enjoy. We at Brett Sherwood magic pay tribute to the genius of Dai Vernon and also Paul Fox for designing the first round top cup.
All Engraved Silver Sets will only be sold in Limited Editions. The All Silver Set is limited to 1000 sets, the Silver Gold is limited to 250 sets and the All Gold will only be sold in 150 sets. Each Engraved Set comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity signed by Dai Vernon's son, which corresponds to matching etched numbers inside each of the three silver cups.

After each rare production run the engraved silver cups have sold out quickly, so the Brett Sherwood Hand Engraved Silver Cups have become coveted possessions by an elite few. Today when the cups are traded on the open market they tend to sell for a premium much higher than the cost when purchased new.
